Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all Viridian tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
